Prospex Brands is a holding company that focuses on promoting healthier consumer choices and personalized, efficient and sustainable products and services. Led by Johnathan Barnes and Jennifer Lee, we are a team of experienced operators and investors. We work with our partners to use our shared services expertise and extensive network of resources to achieve growth and operational excellence.
We create and deliver value through our two main business entities, Prospex Studio and Prospex Ventures.
Prospex Studio
At Prospex Studio, we specialize in creating new, innovative brands in high-growth markets across a range of consumer industries. Our approach generates value for these businesses by providing additional resources, strategic partnerships, and the expertise of our shared services operational team.
Prospex Ventures
Prospex Ventures is an investment platform that offers growth capital to companies that can benefit from Prospexe's operational expertise and extensive network. Our long-standing relationships with industry leaders, investors, advisors, sales brokers, trade organizations, and talent, among others, give us access to a wide range of high-potential investment opportunities.
We typically invest in companies at the seed or series A stage, but we may consider later-stage rounds if we believe the risk/reward ratio is favorable. Our investment range is between $250K to $5M+ and we have a wide network of investors for larger investments.
Focus Areas
Through both Prospex Studio and Prospex Ventures, we concentrate our investments and resources on building businesses in the areas of better-for-you food and beverage, health & wellness, pet, and consumer technology sectors where we have a wealth of operational expertise, category knowledge, and strategic relationships.
